Graduate Operations Leadership Development Program

The Catalent GOLD (Graduate Operations Leadership Development) Program is a two-year rotational development opportunity designed for university graduates who are eager to accelerate their careers in a entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.

Our Program provides participants with the opportunity to rotate through two  jobs in multiple locations over a two-year period. In addition, participants will get exposure to global learning and development programs, networking events, senior leader forums, and the opportunity to work on group projects with other associates.

Engage in a Capstone Project that solves a business need identified by the Executive Leadership Team. Work with cross-functional teams throughout the organization to propose value-add solutions and gain visibility to senior leadership and subject matter experts as you present your findings.
