Our Recruiting Process
How it Works
Step 1: Apply Online
After you have identified the position(s) you are interested in, submit your application online via this website.
Step 2: Application Review
A member of the Talent Acquisition team will review your application. If your profile matches our requirements, you will be contacted for a phone screen.
Step 3: Formal Interviews
After a successful phone interview, Talent Acquisition will arrange a formal interview with the Hiring Manager and team. These formal interviews may be virtual or in-person. More than one may be required.
Step 4: Offer
If selected for the position, Talent Acquisition will reach out to discuss an offer.
Step 5: Onboarding
Upon an offer acceptance, Talent Acquisition will initiate the pre-employment checks. Once Catalent recieves satisfactory results, you will be sent first day instructions.
