How We Give Back
Community Grant Program
We have expanded our site-based community grant program empowering our local teams to financially support nonprofits in their communities, demonstrating our commitment to being a good neighbor. We focus on organizations that promote the delivery of health-related services and treatment to patients and/or encourage STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) education, training and job placement initiatives.
Our Take on Sustainability
Catalent is committed to reducing our environmental footprint and our employees partake in ‘green’ initiatives throughout Earth Month and the entirety of the year. Members of our green team’s organize various volunteer projects, supported by corporate volunteer grants, host recycling drives and identify ways to eliminate waste, such as single-use service ware, cups and plastic utensils.
Catalent Cares Gift Matching Program
Through the Catalent Cares Matching Gift program, personal employee donations to health and human service and environmental charities are doubled with a 1-for-1 corporate match, therefore magnifying our community impact.
What We Do
Every day, thousands of employees work to honor our mission: to help people live better, healthier lives.
Each November marks our annual Catalent Month of Service. Collectively, hundreds of employees volunteer thousands of hours to dozens of projects across the world. In support of our patient first mission, we focus our volunteering on patient-centric charities.
But our efforts in the community don’t stop there. The Catalent Community Engagement Ambassador Network, made up of 40 volunteer team leaders, representing each of our sites around the world, advise, promote and help grow our community programs. Throughout the year, our employees are presented with numerous opportunities to get involved and give back locally.
